Japan, and all that it offers, attracts an average of 10 million foreign visitors each year. We here at Good Coffee believe that a lot of our guests are in search of a decent coffee. To help us reach our guests, we are delighted to welcome fashion-model coffee blogger Vaughan, to introduce good coffee in English!

Vaughan is from Melbourne, Australia, an exciting city with an exciting cluster of cafés. He has spent the majority of life working in cafés, and since coming to Japan, his one of a kind coffee blog has received a lot of attention – although he says on his Facebook page ‘blog sounds too light though’.

On the 10th of every month he introduces one cafe – mainly in Tokyo, a few times in the Kansai region. He writes a diary-like blog which is translated into Japanese and he collaborates with renowned photographers who capture the atmosphere. When Vaughan featured the Fuglen cafe he spent an entire day writing a timeline – yes, he was the very first customer at 10am and the very last customer at 1am the next day! He is the coffee man. We hear a book is in the making – and we’ll be excited to see that come to fruition.
